As a MoneyPro, you and any adult family member living in your household have unlimited access to telephone financial consultations. We place no limits on the number of calls you make.

Just pick up the phone and call us toll-free at 1-800-791-5761 to get started. Our hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. Central time.

Q. Will your financial experts ever try to sell me anything?

No. We employ our very own staff of experts to provide impartial guidance and ensure you'll receive the highest level of care possible.

Q. What if I can't resolve the matter over the telephone?

If you need individualized investment advice, we will provide you with a referral to a Certified Financial Planner® in your area. You can also initiate a CFP® search through the member's only section of our Web site. However, if you decide to hire a CFP® through our referral service, you will pay the normal fees.

$250 Homeowner's Deductible Protection *

Q. Will this cover a homeowner's or renter's deductible?

Yes. As a MoneyPro Essentials member, you can receive homeowner's or renter's insurance deductible reimbursement equal to the deductible on your policy, up to a maximum of $250 per loss when the damage exceeds your deductible. Coverage limits may apply. Please refer to your Evidence of Coverage for complete details. The Deductible Protection is underwritten by Virginia Surety Company, Inc. and is administered by cynoSure Financial, Inc.

* $250 Homeowner’s Deductible Protection benefit is available for all new members after January 1st 2007.  If you enrolled prior to this, your protection is the amount stated in your Evidence of Coverage.

Q. How do I file a claim?
  1. Call us within 45 days of the incident at 1-800-791-5761 and ask to speak to a Claims Administrator.
  2. The Claims Administrator will send you a claim form to complete.
  3. Prepare copies of the following:
    • Claim form submitted to your homeowner's or renter's insurance company when the loss occurred; and


    • Declaration page from your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy; and


    • Claim payment check for the loss and explanation letter you received from your homeowner's or renter's insurance company; and


    • Any other documentation that the Claims Administrator may reasonably request.


  4. Mail all the required items, including the claim form back to:

    c/o cynoSure Financial, Inc.
    P.O. Box 7690
    St. Clair Shores, MI 48080

All items must be postmarked within 90 days of the date of the loss.

Q. How many claims can I make per year?

As a MoneyPro essentials member, you can receive a maximum of $250 in reimbursement for one loss. Please refer to you Evidence of Coverage for complete details regarding claims.
